Căn cứ Quyết định số 529/QĐ-SGDĐT ngày 9/5/2018 của Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo Quảng Trị về việc kiểm tra công tác tổ chức và hoạt động của Trung tâm Công nghệ thông tin và Truyền thông (CNTT&TT) Quảng Trị, ngày 16/5/2018 vừa qua, Đoàn kiểm tra Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã tiến hành công tác kiểm tra công tác tổ chức và hoạt động bồi dưỡng thi cấp chứng chỉ ứng dụng Công nghệ thông tin đáp ứng chuẩn kỹ năng sử dụng CNTT theo Thông tư 03/2014/TT-BTTTT tại Trung tâm CNTT&TT.
Về phía Đoàn kiểm tra của Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo có Bà Thái Thị Hoa Lý – Phó Chánh Thanh tra làm trưởng đoàn và các thành viên. Nội dung kiểm tra bao gồm công tác lưu trữ, phổ biến các văn bản chỉ đạo; việc thực hiện quy trình về cấp phép thành lập, hoạt động của Trung tâm; cơ cấu tổ chức, cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị phục vụ tổ chức hoạt động; đội ngũ giáo viên, cán bộ, nhân viên (văn bằng trình độ chuyên môn ...); chương trình kế hoạch, tài liệu giảng dạy, liên kết, hợp tác đào tạo; công tác lưu trữ hồ sơ người học...
Từ khi được Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo cấp phép sát hạch chứng chỉ ứng dụng CNTT đáp ứng chuẩn kỹ năng sử dụng CNTT theo Thông tư 03/2014/TT-BTTTT đến nay, Trung tâm CNTT&TT đã triển khai công tác đào tạo bồi dưỡng thi cấp chứng ứng dụng CNTT cơ bản cho 21 khóa thi, các đối tượng dự thi là sinh viên, cán bộ, công chức, viên chức và người dân trong và ngoài tỉnh.
Kết thúc đợt kiểm tra, Đoàn kiểm tra Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo Quảng Trị kết luận Trung tâm CNTT&TT đã lưu trữ và phổ biến đầy đủ các văn bản chỉ đạo; thực hiện đúng quy trình cấp phép thành lập và hoạt động; cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị đầy đủ để thực hiện bồi dưỡng và thi cấp chứng chỉ; đội ngũ cán bộ, giảng viên đạt chuẩn trình độ đại học; có đầy đủ chương trình, kế hoạch, tài liệu giảng dạy; tổ chức tốt công tác liên kết và phối hợp đào tạo; tổ chức thi, kiểm tra cấp chứng chỉ đúng quy trình./.
